How Planes Fly
Lift is the force that opposes the weight of an object in a fluid (like air). It is generated by the pressure difference between the top and bottom of a wing.
Lift Equation
L = 0.5 * ρ * v² * A * Cl
Where ρ is air density, v is velocity, A is wing area, and Cl is the coefficient of lift.
